Delivery times

Do you live outside the Netherlands, or are you sending a photo book or magazine abroad? Then it takes a little longer. The table shows roughly how many business days production and shipping take per region.

Shipping within the Netherlands starts at $4.95 per order, to neighboring countries from $7.95. You can find the costs per country under shipping costs. For standard delivery we work with PostNL and local partners, for express delivery with DHL Express.

Good to know

• The delivery time is an estimate. We can't guarantee a delivery date, not even if you're in a hurry.
• You can't speed up an order or switch it to express after you've ordered.
• As soon as your order has shipped, you get an email with a tracking link. Tracking only works after the carrier's first scan.
• PostNL doesn't deliver mailbox mail in the Netherlands on Mondays.

Does your package show as delivered, but you didn't receive anything?

First check the delivery address in your confirmation email and ask your neighbors. On Saturdays, PostNL sometimes already reports "delivered" while the package only arrives on Monday or Tuesday. Still not there after that? Contact us.
