Open the album in edit mode with 'edit' at the top left. Click the gear icon at the top and choose 'sorting'. Sort the photos by date, upload or name, in ascending or descending order.

Note: photos you received through WhatsApp often don't have their capture date. Sorting by date won't be correct in that case.

Old editor

Click 'edit' to open the edit and enrich bar. At the bottom left of that bar, click 'Template & sorting' and choose how you want to sort the album:

• Chronological (by the date and time the photos and videos were taken)
• Upload (by the date and time a set of photos and videos was uploaded)
• File name (alphabetically or by number)

Check in the preview whether the result is what you want and click 'apply'.
