Cancel your subscription
Want to cancel your Premium or Pro subscription? Go to your profile and click 'Edit account' under 'Account'. Turn off 'automatic renewal'. You can only do this on the website, not in the app.
Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and then becomes a free Basic account. All your albums are kept, but you can no longer download original photos and videos. So download them before the end date.
Delete your whole account
Note: deleting your account is not the same as canceling. All your albums, photos and videos are permanently deleted and can't be recovered. Your subscription also stops.
Open your profile page by clicking your avatar at the top right and choosing 'Profile'. Scroll all the way down and click the link 'I want to delete my account'.
